My stay at the hotel was overall good, thanks to its perfect location in the city center of Vichy, right near beautiful architecture and a lovely park. The rooms were decent but could use some air conditioning or at least a ceiling fan since it was quite noisy. The staff were friendly but the dining options, while reasonable, weren't particularly exciting. Overall, it was a good value for the price, but there’s room for improvement in comfort.
